PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By purchasing, accessing, or using the "Advent Analysis" or any product purchased on this website, you (“User,” “you”) certify that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Course Product Access & License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and download Course materials for your own educational use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Attribution to Keystone Strategic LLC is required for any permitted sharing.

3. Account Security

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe. You are responsible for any sales or use taxes unless we collect them at checkout.

5. 30-Day “No-Questions-Asked” Refund

Email info@keystonestrategic.in within 30 calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.

6. NO PROFESSIONAL, INVESTMENT, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE; NO GUARANTEES

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Course and related materials (“Content”) are general information, not individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

We are not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Consult qualified professionals before acting on any Content. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You assume all responsibility for decisions and their consequences.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site and Course content is owned or licensed by Keystone Strategic LLC and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or enable others to access the Course
  • Circumvent security or copy streaming content
  • Use the Course to develop competing products
  • Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material in any community features

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE COURSE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $1,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

This cap does not apply to our willful misconduct or fraud.

11. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Informal Resolution First. Contact us at info@keystonestrategic.in; we’ll attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

Arbitration. If unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Small-Claims Exception. You or we may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in Sheridan County, WY.

Class-Action Waiver. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. No class, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted.

30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this Section by emailing info@keystonestrategic.in within 30 days of your first Course purchase; include your full name and the statement “I opt out of mandatory arbitration.”

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms without refund (except within the 30-day refund window). Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Modifications to Course or Terms

We may update the Course or these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users and posted on the Site 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
